Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Court Life Labs! Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Order processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer — if there's a significant delay, we'll reach out to let you know.

Shipping & delivery times

Once your order ships, you can expect it to arrive within 2–4 business days via USPS. Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it's placed. We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking within 6 business days of ordering, contact us at hey@courtlifelabs.com and we'll look into it.

Shipping delays

Occasionally, delays happen due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. While we can't be held responsible for carrier delays, we'll always do our best to help track down your package and make things right.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it's shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to reshipping costs. If you catch a mistake right after ordering, email us immediately and we'll try to update it before it ships.
